Valeo Tech Care programme takes centre stage

Valeo Service UK promoted its Tech Care Programme by highlighting its training opportunities and technical support at Automechanika Birmingham on stand 19C10 at the NEC from 6 – 8 June.

As part of Valeo’s ‘We Care 4 You’ campaign, Tech Care offers advanced technical training. This keeps customers up to date with the latest tools and procedures via a variety of sources such as workshops, e-learning and webinars.

Valeo also offered demonstrations of the newest products and tools, as well as highlighting its on-field technical assistance including fitting assistance and on-site warranty management.

The Valeo on Tour trailer played a key role in the presentation of this information as it was fully fitted for training and demonstrations in a visually engaging and interactive manner. It featured a demo-car, video walls, garage equipment and product mock-ups.

The Tech Care promise features technical support including a technical hotline providing quick and professional answers and Valeoscope, a technical brochure related to products and technologies.

Information on Tech Assist was also available with specialists on stand to demonstrate the web-based tool. It offers customers both a technical database to assist with Valeo products, as well as a learning platform featuring a forum of useful information.

Valeo’s new aftermarket promise covers all angles to ensure complete customer support is available.
